Bon Voyage

Right, so we're off to Athens for a week. Try not to burn the school down while we're gone - I've a very valuable augurey I'm rather fond of. Will send postcard owls to whomever might want one.

Harry, we're leaving you in charge of the house. Feel free to go home whenever you want - you know where the Floo access is. I wish we could take you with us but you really shouldn't miss any school. This summer though I think we will try and work something out for a family holiday, just the three of us, even if it's just us camping out in the forest or something. We'll talk about it next week, all right? I hope you enjoyed at least some of the weekend, and I'm so sorry about last night (and this morning, though I don't think I will make a practise sleeping on the floor in the hallway, even if I did have a furry pillow, so no more sleeping in the loo okay?).

Love to all - and especially you. You make us proud with every single breath. Be good, be safe, don't do anything I wouldn't do, and please don't do anything Sirius would.

Wish You Were Here

Am at a little kiosk device in the lobby of a small cantina on the island of Lesbos. Sirius wanted to come here out of curiousity, and the first thing we saw upon landing at the island was a pizza restaurant with a sign that read Try our Lesbian sauce. Sirius was highly amused, because Sirius is five.
